Description
This synopsis updates 20080708 released in June of 2008. U. S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requires flight and schedule data for all commercial passenger and cargo flights on a world-wide basis. The Contractor shall provide to CBP: real time data feed in xml format; electronically “push” using Message Query (MQ) a single file, XML or defined position formats; flight data, but not limited to, for scheduled domestic and worldwide flights; carrier, flight number, date, frequency of service, origin city, airport, arrival/departure times, destination city, airport, arrival/departure times, flight segments and or code share connections, aircraft type, seat capacity, and freight capacity, other relevant information pertaining to aircraft movement and transportation of passengers and cargo; schedule changes (i.e., ground, crew and aircraft delays, cancellations), equipment changes, actual flight data (i.e., actual arrival/departure versus scheduled/arrival times), in a near real time environment (as changes occur); position data for all commercially scheduled passenger and cargo flights, domestic and worldwide, in a near real time environment (as changes occur); statistical flight data analysis of global passenger travel and cargo airlift support. No paper copy of the package will be issued, so provide an e-mail address for the solicitation to be sent. All responsible businesses may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
