Description

THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE SCOTT AFB SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION OF BASE ENGINEERING REQUIREMENTS (SABER) CONTRACT. The 375th Contracting Squadron, Scott AFB IL, intends to award a delivery order to APM, LLC to replace a ventilation hood at building 460 under contract Scott AFB contract FA4407-06-D-0001. This project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. The delivery order will be awarded under the authority of FAR 16.505. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes but for informational purposes only under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Program. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement after receiving any responses is exclusively at the discretion of the Government.
