- This combined synopsis/ solicitation is in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) located at 1300 W. Richey Avenue, Artesia, New Mexico, intends to award a firm-fixed purchase order for Sani Sport Sanitizing Machine Double Size or equal item. Item requested as follows: 2 each, Sani Sport Sanitizing Machines, Double Size or equal. Item to: accommodate one large set of hockey or football equipment, extremely durable stainless steel, Caster wheels, Dimensions: 23" Deep x 45" Wide x 67" High, no piping, drains or external hookups required. If quoting an equal item, detailed information about that item must be submitted. Please provide pricing for F.O.B Destination, Delivery Time, Payment Terms, DUNS number. This procurement is set aside for small businesses. Each offeror is required to enter into https://orca.bpn.gov/ its certifications and representation required by provision FAR 52.212-3 - Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items. FAR Clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 are applicable to this acquisition.
