For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. *** PRON: AX8F0719AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement a quantity of 60 each minimum to 360 each maximum of a Test Set Verdical, NSN: 4920-01-112-5906, Part Number: 245-476853-000 applicable to the BE (UH-60 (Blackhawk)). Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 60 each, 2nd Year, 75 each, 3rd Year, 75 each, 4th Year, 75 each, and 5th Year, 75 each. F.O.B. with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. Required delivery is 5 each 360 days after contract award (DACA) and 5 per month thereafter until contract completion. The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. This item is restricted to CMC Electronics Inc., Cage Code: 90073 and Associated Aircraft Manufacturing and Sales, Inc., Cage Code: 56540. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
