- Description
- The purpose of this requirement is to provide engineering services to perform design, development, testing, documentation and delivery of software and data for specific AAR-44B software-dependent improvements. Includes instrumentation and data recording of a Government sponsored live fire test, and instrumentation and contractor support on Government sponsored AFSOC C-130 aircraft flight tests. Contractor will develop software or modify existing software, evaluate, test and verify Performance Improvement software. This requirement will be sole source to L-3 Communications Cincinnati Electronics, Mason OH (CAGE 80045) under authority 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c ) (1), Justification: supplies or services are available from only one or a limited number of sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All interested parties should contact the buyer/PCO identified herein for additional information. Security clearance will be required of all bidders/offerors. Notes 22 and 26 apply.
