- Provide all necessary labor required to perform Herbicide and Broadleaf Application for Mississenewa Lake, 5613 E. Mississenewa Dam Rd, Peru, IN 46970-9745, per attached schedule, scope of work, and all other terms, clauses, and conditions incorporated herein. Services will begin on 01 April 2009 (or date of award if later) and continue through 31 March 2010. NOTE: The solicitation contains an option clause to extend the awarded contract for up to two (2) additional one-year periods. The one-year option periods are as follows: Option Year One: 01 April 2010 through 31 March 2011 Option Year Two: 01 April 2011 through 31 March 2012
