- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating the procurement: (a) CLIN 0001 Three (3) EA CMA5000a with Medium Bay Adapter (MBA) Equal to: Anritsu PN 5000A-250-DC-US; CLIN 0002 Three (3) MA5000 XTA 2.5G module. T Test Module for T-Carriers/PDH and SONET/SDH technologies up to 2.5Gig. Provides Optical interfaces at 1310nm and 1550nm for OC3/12/48 and STM1/4/16. Electrical interfaces for DS1, DS3, STS1, STS3, and E1, E3, E4, STM1 EQUAL TO: Anritsu PN 5616-000-XTA; CLIN 0003 Three (3) Concatenation option for XTA 2.5G module EQUAL TO: Anritsu PN 5616-101-XTA; CLIN 0004 Three (3) CMA5710 single slot GigE module used to test 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet networks provides: CMA5710 single slot GigE module used to test 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet networks provides: 2 ports for SX, LX or 1550nm SFP interfaces for 1000 EQUAL TO: Anritsu PN 5710-000-GIGE; CLIN 0005 Three (3) 1300nm SFP GigE Transceiver Provides optical connectivity to the CMA5710 GigE test module. EQUAL TO: Anritsu PN 5710-013-GIGE; CLIN 0006 Three (3) 1550nm SFP GigE Transceiver provide optical connectivity to the CMA5710 GigE test module. EQUAL TO: Anritsu PN 5710-015-GIGE; CLIN 0007 Three (3) Deluxe SBA/MBA Hard Case w/module storage, EQUAL TO: Anritsu PN 5000A-HCASE-DLX; CLIN 0008 Three (3) Option ES510, 5 year warranty extension to provide all labor and material needed for repair. Does not include calibration. EQUAL TO: Anritsu PN 5616-000-XTA. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Supporting evidence must be furnished to demonstrate the ability to comply with the governments requirements. The solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers on RFQ W911S6-09-T-0024. All firms responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 6025. North American Industrial Classification Standard 334515 (500) size standard in number of employees applies to this procurement.
