- The US Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, intends to solicit and award a firm fixed priced supply contract to fabricate and deliver six (6) (twelve halves) Ductile Iron Cast, Split Bearing Housings, for Fish way pumps at Lower Monumental Dam. The castings will be machined to specifications in the solicitation. This announcement is a synopsis only. The details of the project will be issued in a solicitation in electronic format at FedBizOpps: http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about March 5, 2009 with quotes due 1100 hrs EST, March 31, 2009. In order to be considered for this award, the offeror shall provide adequate past performance information as described in the solicitation, i.e. recent contracts for similar items.
