- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3ZT929035A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-30 20090115, Defense DCN 20090115, and AFAC 2008-1217 20081217. This acquisition will be 100% total small business set-aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336360. The business size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 2540. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 2500. Travis AFB intends to award a purchase order for the following line items: 0001: CUSTOM BUILT BENCH-STYLE SEATING FOR UTILITY COMPARTMENT/FREIGHT AREA IN 2006 FORD BREADTRUCK.BENCH SHOULD BE BUILT TO SUIT WITH DIMENSIONS: 108" LENGTH X 22" HEIGHT X 24" SEATING DEPTH. BENCH SHOULD BE UPHOLSTERED IN HEAVY-DUTY, HIGH USAGE MATERIAL. TWO BENCHES IN EACH TRUCK, THREE TRUCKS TOTAL. 0002: CUSTOM BUILT SEAT-BACK FOR BENCH-STYLE SEATING FOR UTILITY COMPARTMENT/FREIGHT AREA IN 2006 FORD BREADTRUCK.BENCH SHOULD BE BUILT TO SUIT WITH DIMENSIONS: 108" LENGTH X 22" HEIGHT X 24" SEATING DEPTH. BENCH SHOULD BE UPHOLSTERED IN HEAVY-DUTY, HIGH USAGE MATERIAL. TWO BENCHES IN EACH TRUCK, THREE TRUCKS TOTAL. Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. Please include shipping and handling in your order. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Jan 1999): (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
