- The purpose of this modification is to correct the following: Change the solicitation number from W52H09-T-0163 to W52H09-09-T-0163. Remove the following statement from the previous Presolicitation notice: based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquiistion of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. As a result of this statement removal, this modification serves as notice that the Government plans to utilize FAR Part 12 policies in the solicitation upon issuance.
