- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested; a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 205-30 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20090115. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220. The small business size standard is 750 employees.
