- On behalf of the US Army Armament Research and Development Command (ARDEC), the US Army Contracting Command, Joint Munitions and Lethality Contracting Center, is conducting a market survey to locate potential sources which can supply the Government with a Composite Software License. Potential sources should be able to provide the software licenses listed below:- Composite Information Server Development1 License - Composite Information Server Staging1 License - Composite Application Data Services Development1 License - Composite Application Data Services Production1 License - Technical support and maintenance for each of the items listed above. Technical Support includes: access to all bug fixes, product enhancements, and new versions of licensed products as they become available. Standard Technical Support should be available from Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm (ET) telephone and web-based support for developers and administrators. Interested parties are requested to submit a description of their services along with other available information (i.e. brochures) that describe current capability to: U.S. Army Contracting Command, JM&L Contracting Center, ATTN: Miss Amy E. This Market Survey is not to be construed as a commitment by the U. S. Government. If a formal solicitation is generated at a later date, a solicitation notice will be published. No award will be made as a result of this Market Survey. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government. The Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any private sector input as a result of this Market Survey. Respondents will not be notified of the results of this survey or results of information submitted. Please submit your responses NLT 1400 (2:00 PM) EST, 17 March 2009.
