The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Virginia, 22448-5l00, plans to procure two (2) Trimble TA-24 Selective Availability Anti-Spoofing Module (SAASM) Military Specification Global Positioning System (GPS) receivers and one (1) TA-24 Installation Manual from Trimble Military and Advanced Systems, Inc, 995 Stewart Drive, Sunnyvale, CA 94085-3913, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The P/N is 24835-41-U50G (Receivers) and 24835-41-UG (Manual). The Trimble TA-24 SAASM GPS receiver accepts r! ed keys. This Extended User Evaluation (EUE) has rigid shock and vibration requirements to withstand the air platform environment. This system meets both the MIL-STD-810F and MIL-STD-461E standards. This TA-24 receiver is a Joint Program Office approved twelve channel continuous satellite tracking Precise Positioning Service GPS Receiver for use in military applications. It is capable of L1 and L2 dual frequency signal reception. It is capable of tracking C/A, P, and Y-Code GPS signals. It also has a SAASM Key Data Processor (KDP-II) programmed by the government cryptographic key loading facility. It provides one pulse per second output. This is a complete system that has been tested and approved to the military standards required by this EUE. This equipment is mission critical to the Standoff Precision Guided Munition (S0-PGM) Extended User Evaluation (EUE) for the Battle Management System (BMS). It is required by the SO-PGM that ephemeris and almanac data be loaded just prior to release of the munition in order to acquire GPS satellites just after launch. The TA-24 is GPS-ICD-153C compliant for Hot Start of the munition from the BMS. There will be no written solicitation issued as a result of this notice.
