Description

Furnish all equipment and labor for off-site disposal of selected buildings. (#1) Building #2223, Cle Elum RS Compound Office Modular #1, and (#2) Building #2224 Cle Elum RS Compound Office Modular #2. Work consists of removing all buildings from National Forest land and could include relocation of buildings/structures; dismantling and salvage or reuse of building materials; recycling of materials; and/or disposal at an approved landfill or incinerator acceptable to authorities having jurisdiction. On-site burning of structures or affiliated materials is not allowed. Work also includes demolition of building foundations, backfilling with approved material, compaction, and restoring the area to a smooth natural, grade with a raked finish. The intent of this contract is to provide for the complete removal of the selected buildings described in the contract. Contractors are encouraged to submit proposals that consider material salvage, reuse, recycling, or resale, as practicable. Unless otherwise provided, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies and perform all work required to complete the project in accordance with drawings, specifications, and provisions of the contract.
