- Statement of Work. OFFICE ADDRESS: USPFO for Utah, P.O. Box 2000, 12953 South Minuteman Drive, Draper, UT 84020-2000 SUBJECT: 142nd Yellow Ribbon Event to include (Hotel Rooms, Meeting Space, Food and Beverage) within a 30 mile radius of Salt Lake City, Utah, 84101. SOLICITATION NUMBER: W67K2S-9043-0506 QUOTE DUE DATE: 16 March 2009 POC: Linda Duvall, Contract Specialist, (801) 432-4091 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. REQUIREMENT: The Utah National Guard has a requirement for lodging, meeting space to include food and beverage within a 30 mile radius of Salt Lake City, Utah, 84101, 24-26 April 2009. See attached Statement of Work for detailed information. APPLICABLE PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES: The following clauses and provisions are incorporated by reference. EVALUATION FACTORS: The contract type for this procurement will be fixed price and award will be made on the basis of best value to the government, price and other factors considered. Selection will be based on the following evaluation factors, in order of importance: (1) offerors capability to provide quality accommodations (to include, but not limited to facilities, food and beverage, hotel rooms, meeting space, etc.) that meet the Government’s needs; (2) past performance, caliber of offeror’s performance on previous contracts of a similar nature; and (3) total cost or price. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: In accordance with FAR 52.212-1(k), prospective awardees shall be registered and active in the CCR database prior to award. Offerors may obtain information on registration at www.ccr.gov. Provide detailed quote to include all applicable taxes and gratuities NLT 10:00 A.M. MST on March 16, 2009. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
