Description
Solicitation W91B4M-09-R-4036 The United States External Information Program-Afghanistan, (EIP-A) originated as an Afghan approved full-spectrum and sustained counter-improvised explosive device (C-IED) information campaign focused on separating the bomb makers and users from the support of the populace. In 2008 funding for EIP was taken over by the U.S. Army and realigned to inform and influence undecided Afghans in order to accept the Government of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (GIRoA) as a legitimate government of the people, support the acceptance of the Afghan National Securuty Forces (ANSF) as legitimate security forces and enhance the perception an improved Afghan quality of life is controlled by their actions. The Contractor must be able to develop, test, produce, coordinate dissemination of media products and report effectiveness of products in support of the 2009 program lines. This involves the synchronized and phased dissemination of approved billboards, flyers, posters, educational pamphlets or brochures, newspaper advertisements, radio messages, television advertisements and documentaries. The selected media company will be the lead in the distribution of all media products.
