Description

The 5th Contracting squadron requires the demolition of the Heat Plant, Building 413, at Minot AFB, ND. The works is 85% General, 10% Mechanical, and 5% Electrical. The statement of magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Performance Period is 180 calendar days. Liquidated damages will be assessed for late performance. The complete package will be available only through the internet. The address is http://www.fbo.gov/. Anyone wishing to participate in this proposed procurement must obtain their copy from the internet. Copies will not be mailed from the Contracting Office. All amendments will be posted on the internet. Contractors will be solely responsible for obtaining amendments from the internet to update files. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238910. The Small Business Size Standard is $14,000,000 in average annual receipts for the past 3 years. This project will be solicited as full and open to both large and small businesses with the intent to award a Firm Fixed Price contract; award will be based on Performance Price Trade-Off (PPT). FAR clause 52.219-4, Notice of Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone Small Business Concerns is applicable to this solicitation.
