Description

Findings: One of the food services water heaters has been leaking apparently due to internal tank corrosion and has now ceased to function altogether. Scope of Work: Provide a replacement gas-fired water heater of the same capacity and recovery and higher efficiently than the existing. Data on existing water heater is as follows: Gas-fired, A.O. Smith, model BT 365880, S/N MH930285015-880, 69-gallon capacity, 332 GPH recovery and 365 MBH gas input. Reuse the existing flue, water, drain and gas connections. Provide a warranty that covers the standard items including a minimun of 7-year tank warranty.
