Description

Notice of Proposed Sole Source Contract Action IAW FAR 5.207 (c) (14) Posted 3 March 2009 This announcement is notice of intent to award a sole source contract in accordance with FAR 6.302-5 (b) (4). The item to be purchased as a sole source is one-time delivery of construction materials in support of the San Diego Border Patrol sector. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 423320 business size standard is 100 employees. The sole source contractor is Val-Con Enterprises, Inc., 13250 Morning Glory Dr, Lakeside, CA 92040. The procurement is an approved sole source under the Partnership Agreement (PA) dated February 1, 2002, between the Small Business Administration (SBA) and the Department of Defense (DoD), 8(a) program.
