- RECOVERY ACT TASK ORDER PRESOLICITATION NOTICE THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is available to contractors under HUBZone Multiple Award Construction Contracts (MACC) N40085-09-D-5321/5322/5323/5325/5326. The Officer in Charge of Construction, Marine Corps Installations East, Naval Facilities Engineering Command Mid-Atlantic intends to competitively award a firm-fixed price task order utilizing Recovery Act of 2009 funding under the HUBZone MACC. The anticipated scope of work may include, but is not limited to all labor, supervision, tools, materials and equipment necessary to accomplish the demolition and removal of existing above ground steam and condensate lines, providing new gas fired boilers and incidental related work. Existing underground steam and condensate lines shall be abandoned in place. This project is a design/bid/build effort.
