- SYNOPSIS Construction notices must be posted at least 15 days prior to issuance of the solicitation After logging into Fed Biz Ops, Click Create Action Code: P - Pre-Solicitation Notice Classification Code: Z - Maintenance, Repair, or Alteration of Real Property NAICS Code: 237110 - Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction Title: Repair Red Horse East Base Sewer Response Date: 23 April 2009 Primary POC: Leonard Carroll, 406-731-3836 Secondary POC: Mark Jefferson, 406-731-4004 Solicitation Number: FA4626-09-R-0005 Description: The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This project is for the installation of approximately 5400 LF of 8 inch and 12 inch gravity sewer main complete with manholes and approximately 1200 LF of pipe burst gravity sewer main at Malmstrom AFB, MT. The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, supervision, services, and materials to execute and satisfy the requirements of this contract in accordance with the drawings and specifications. The Performance Period for this project is 210 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The anticipated magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This Request For Proposal will be available on or about 24 March 2009. The Request For Proposal will be available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.fbo.gov. The Notice to Proceed may be issued within 10 days after award. Winter exclusion period will take effect from 1December 2009 through 1 April 2010. This acquisition is open to both large and small businesses in accordance with FAR 19.10 Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Potential offerors must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet Site: http://www.ccr.gov). Payment for this acquisition will be made through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) System. Contractors must be registered in WAWF, see internet site: https://wawf.eb.mil for registration.
