- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. VA-322-09-RQ-0001 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) pursuant to FAR Part 12.6. It is anticipated that one (1) Fixed Price Purchase Order will result from this synopsis/solicitation. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 532420. The small business size standard is $25.0 Million.The government has a requirement for the lease of copiers as stated in the attached solicitation. Award will be made based on the lowest price provider meeting or exceeding the specifications of the requested equipment.
