- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division intends to negotiate and award a firm fixed price contract, using other than full and open competition. Negotiations will be conducted with Delta Microwave, 1301 Vanguard Drive, Oxnard, CA 93033, in order to procure 33 Each EA-6B Band Pass - Band Suppression Filters, PN F-1699A, for use with the ICAP III aircraft. As the designer and developer of the EA-6B Band Pass - Band Suppression Filters, Delta Microwave is the only firm that possesses the unique technical and engineering expertise as well as the technical data package and Level III drawings necessary to manufacture the filters. The government anticipates an April 2009 award with deliveries in July 2009, August 2009 and September 2009. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any interested firm, other than Delta Microwave, should respond in accordance with Numbered Notes 22 and 26.
