- Request for Proposal for Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Roofing Contract Attached is the Request for Proposal for the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contracts to provide Performance Roofing Repair and Alteration Services with minor design services for the Southeast Sunbelt Region covering the states of Georgia, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, North Carolina, Kentucky and South Carolina.. The work to be performed under these contract consists of roof repair and alterations in joint owned and leased space in various buildings within the Southeast Region. The work that shall be performed under the terms of these contracts include but is not limited to, Federal roof renovations including the preparation of contract documents sealed by registered professionals for roofing design-build purposes within their areas of expertise and the construction of resulting design. The successful offeror(s) will be responsible for providing all labor, materials and travel associated with the scope of work for each individual task order paced against the contract. DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS APRIL 7, 2009 3:00PM est. A PREPROPOSAL CONFERENCE/SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD ON MARCH 19, 2009 @ 11:00AM IN BRYSON CITY, NORTH CAROLINA. SEE ATTACHED REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR DETAILS. The General Services Administration (GSA) Southeast Sunbelt Region, intends to award up to two (2) firm-fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for Performance Roofing Repair and Alteration Services with minor design services for the Southeast Sunbelt Region. THE CONTRACT(S) WILL BE BASED ON A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The primary NAICS CODE is 238160 with size standard $14 million in average annual receipts. The maximum yearly contract amount is $5,000,000. The guaranteed minimum contract amount is $2,500. Each award will be for one base year with four additional one year options to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The procurement will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 15 – Contracting by Negotiation. Offers will be evaluated in accordance with the Source Selection procedures outlined in the solicitation package.
