- SERIAL NUMBERS FOR CISCO EQUIPMENT. MSHA IS SEEKING VENDORS THAT CAN PROVIDE THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS: 1. P/N 1002122 - CISCO SMARTNET 8X5XNBD - MFG # CD1-CON-SNT-WAE512 - QTY 96 2. P/N 958148 - CISCO SMARTNET 8X5XNBD - MFG # CD1-CON-SNT-WAE7326 - QTY 6 PART NUMBERS LISTED ARE CISCO - CDW-G. PLEASE QUOTE BRAND OR EQUIVALENT. IF QUOTING EQUIVALENT, PLEASE LIST EXACTLY WHAT IS BEING QUOTED. THE SERVICE CONTRACT ACT APPLIES TO TO THIS REQUIREMENT. PLEASE SUBMIT ANY QUESTIONS BY 3:00PM EST, MARCH 11, 2009. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. QUESTIONS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED TO WORRELLS.DEBORAH@DOL.GOV. QUOTES SHOULD BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL BY 3:00PM EST MARCH 16, 2009. VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO BE REGISTERED IN THE CCR. VENDORS NEED TO PROVIDE THEIR DUNS NUMBER AND TAX ID NUMBER. SERIAL NUMBERS FOR EQUIPMENT ARE ATTACHED. "The provider of information technology shall certify, by submitting a proposal to this acquisition, that: a) All applications are fully functional and operate correctly as intended on systems using the Federal Desktop Core Configuration (FDCC). This includes Internet Explorer (IE), version 7, and subsequent versions of IE that are integrated into the FDCC, configured to operate on Windows XP and Vista (in Protected Mode on Vista). For the Windows XP settings, see: http://csrc.nist.gov/itsec/guidance_WinXP.html, and for the Windows Vista settings, see: http://csrc.nist.gov/itsec/guidance_vista.html. b) The standard installation, operation, maintenance, update, and/or patching of software shall not alter the configuration settings from the approved FDCC configuration. The information technology should also use the Windows Installer Service for installation to the default "program files" directory and should be able to silently install and uninstall. c) Applications designed for normal end users shall run with full functionality in the standard user context without elevated system administration privileges." In addition, for any active contract for IT services or supplies contractual actions, if (1) a modification is issued for any reason, or (2) The action is expected to active more then 12 months The customer shall be contacted and the action shall be assessed for inclusion of the following.
