Description

THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER CONTRACT FA4659-08-D-C001, DEMO BUILDINGS INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ). Description of work as follows: The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to complete JFSD 200826, Demolish buildings 819/820 in strict accordance with the Technical Provisions and Drawings of contract FA4659-08-D-C001. The work will include but is not limited to demolish buildings 819/820 and remove associated utilities and structures from building sites. Award will be made by negotiating quantities resulting in the best value to the government as unit prices have already been set in the original contract. Magnitude of this delivery order is between $25,000 and $100,000. Estimated construction time is 60 days. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this project is 238910 with a size standard of $13.0 Mil.
