PR number IQC09050009059 Solicitation Number is SPM4A7-09-R-0794, NSN 1650-01-172-5023, Filter Assembly, for the AH-64 A/D Helicopters. This solicitation is for a sole source item, the approved source is: Eaton Corp (00624). This is a Critical Application Item. The FOB point is Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is at Destination. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Business size is unrestricted. This solicitation will acquire the supplies cited herein on an Other than full and open competition basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), available from only one or a limited number of sources.
