- The Fleet Industrial Supply Center (FISC), Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to acquire on a full and open competitive basis document control/problem tracking system software for the National Naval Medical Center (NNMC) laboratory. The NNMC requires a Web based application that will allow 24/7 access from the Walter Reed Army Medical Center (WRAMC) and the NNMC domains that will act as a centralized repository that will enable better control and distribution of SOPs, policies, and forms and allow for the ability to track and review problems and issues. The system shall include, but is not limited to; split-second keyword searches through thousands of documents, automatic full-text indexing enables searching through every word within our documents, only up-to-date documents are accessible by personnel, automated workflow for revision cycles and approvals, easy-to-manage integrated security ensures only authorized staff can view and/or edit d! ocuments. The system must be designed specifically for clinical laboratories use. A firm, fixed-price purchase order is anticipated. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and small business size standard are 511210 and $25M, respectively. The size standard is based on the industry classification of the services being procured. The solicitation, N00189-09-T-Z045, will be made available electronically upon its release to www.neco.navy.mil. A hard copy of the solicitation will not be made available. The closing date of the solicitation will be established in the solicitation. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be considered for award.
