Description

DESCRIPTION: PR 0018527847, 5962-01-491-4669. Approved source(s): Raytheon Corporation (4U884) for Part Number H8000069-002F. The requirement is for 163 each to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA (W25G1U) & Tracy, CA (W62G2T) within 90 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer/proposal which shall be considered. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of February 9, 2009. Hard copies of this solicitation are NOT available. This is an unrestricted procurement. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation date.. Various increments solicited: from 80 ea to 159 ea; from 160 ea to 239 ea; from 240 ea to 319 ea; from 320 ea to 399 ea; from 400 ea to 549 ea; from 550 ea to 700ea. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: Raytheon Corporation (4U884) for Part Number H8000069-002F. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
