- SYNOPSIS 1.Product and Performance Description. The Oklahoma Army National Guard expects to contract for design, purchase, delivery, and installation of furnishings and accessories incident to the complete renovation of the billets at the Regional Training Institute (RTI) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This is a re-solicitation of the requirement solicited under document number W912L6-09-R-0002, from which no award was made. Associated NAICS Codes are 337127 (Institutional Furniture Manufacturing( and 442110 (Furniture Stores). 2.Quantities. Government expects to issue a firm fixed price contract to furnish 37 single occupancy lodging rooms to the Contractor whose proposal represents the best value to the government. 3.Term. All products and services shall be delivered and installation completed not more than fourteen weeks after receipt of award, or at such earlier time as the Government and Contractor shall mutually agree. 4.Payment. Payment may be made by either of the following methods, at the option of the Government: (1) Government Purchase Card or (2) by EFT or credit card with Net 30 payment terms following issuance of the invoice. 5.Delivery. Deliveries shall be FOB Destination to the Governments location. 6.Inspection and Acceptance. Inspection and Acceptance shall be by the Government, within seven (7) days of delivery, and shall occur at the delivery location. 7. Availability of Updates Via Internet. The full solicitation materials and all subsequent amendments can be downloaded and printed from the World Wide Web at https://acquisition.army.mil. Potential Offerors may register for automatic updates, and it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the web site frequently for updates to the documents. The associated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 442110 (Furniture Stores) or 337127 (Institutional Furniture Manufacturing). 8.Deadlines. The Solicitation issue date is 4 March 2009. Proposals, inquires or information received after the established deadline shall not be considered for this particular acquisition. Questions regarding the Solicitation shall be submitted, in writing, via fax or e-mail not later than 11 March 2009. Questions shall be responded to in the form of an amendment which shall issue on or before 13 March 2009. The Solicitation will close 19 March 2009 at noon CST.
