- The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary to perform cyclic maintenance and service order work of assigned grounds at Schofield Barracks (SB), Fort Shafter (FS) and Helemano Military Reservation (HMR), on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. All work shall be performed in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Federal, State, and County regulations and commercial standards.
