- Amendment #1 for Buffalo District Construction MATOC solicitation Multiple Award Contract for construction type activities throughout the boundaries of the Buffalo District. A listing of typical projects is attached. The Government intends to award 3 or more contracts as a result of this solicitation. In order to compete, offerors must be a Small Business. This is a Small Business Set Aside. The Government intends to award at least one contract to a HubZone Small Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, and an 8(a) Small Business. Contract(s) shall perform Construction Activities on a task order basis. Any resulting contract(s) will have a maximum ordering amount of $25,000,000 over five years. However, the total ordering amount for all contracts over the five year period cannot exceed $25,000,000. The Guaranteed Minimum for each contractor awarded a contract is $10,000. The minimum task order amount is $1,000 and the maximum task order amount is $5,000,000. Wage Determinations shall be provided on individual task orders.
