- The scope of this project includes: demolition and removal of 3 existing restroom structures, installation of 3 new prefabricated restroom structures, installation of 3 new water hydrants and waterline adjacent to the new restrooms, minor grading, Asphalt Concrete aprons adjacent to the existing roadway at all 3 restrooms locations, and other miscellaneous items. Estimated Price Range: Between $250,000 and $500,000. This is a set-aside for HUB Zone Contractors but if no fair and reasonable prices are received from a HUB Zone contractor, Service-disabled Veteran-Owned and Small Businesses may be considered. No formal pre-bid site visit will be arranged. Offerors are encouraged to visit the site, which will be open to the public, prior to submitting a proposal.
