- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD ON A SOLE-SOURCE BASIS: Pursuant of FAR 6.302-1 “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements,” the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Federal Investigative Services Division (FISD) intends to award a sole-source order to David G. Major Associates, Inc. to provide seven informational speeches. Each speech topic is on Evolving Insider Threats and Critical Role you play in Protecting National Security. The speaker is considered an expert in Federal personnel and physical security programs, and has past knowledge and experience of OPM FISD processes and procedures. As such the vendor has tailored the information within the speeches to correlate to OPM FISD mission and personnel functionality. The North American Standard Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for action is 611430 – Professional and Management Development Training. This is not a solicitation for quotations, but rather a notice of the Agency’s intent to make a sole-source award to David G Major Associates, Inc. There will be no solicitation issued or available. This notice is for information only. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS, AN INVITATION FOR BIDS, OR A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS.
