- Solicitation for NSN 1220-01-301-3503 / PR 0021190471, Part #: 108645-001, Interconnect Assembly. The Contracting Officer is Janice Richardson, 804-279-6336. Subject item is non-commercial. Configuration Control applies. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved source for this item is GE Aviation Systems, LLC (058R3). Any manufacturer, other than GE Aviation Systems LLC, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package. The subject RFP is for a Firm Fixed buy. The estimated issue date is: March 26, 2009 with estimated closing date May 12, 2009. Delivery Schedule is: 20 ea, 273 days ARO, FOB Origin, and Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. ABVS applies and the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
