- Attachment #1-Amendment 0002 Questions and Answers Amendment 02 W91GDW-09-R-4011 NOTE: AMENDMENT 0002 EXTENDS THE PROPOSAL RECEIPT DATE TO 20 MARCH 2009, 2200 LOCAL BAGHDAD, IRAQ TIME. THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO REMOVE ANY REFERENCE TO AFGHANISTAND AND TO PROVIDE SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS. PROPOSALS ARE DUE NO-LATER-THAN MARCH 13, 2009, 1600 HOURS, LOCAL BAGHDAD, IRAQ TIME. NOTE: This notice replaces the notice that was issued under W91GDW-09-R-4003. The Joint Contracting Command-Iraq, Theater Wide Source Selection Branch intends to solicit, negotiate and award a multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement for Theater Wide Internal Security Services (TWISS) II, to support Iraq. The NAICS code is 561612. The Small business size standard is $18.5 Million. No preference will be given to Small Businesses. The Government contemplates a multiple award IDIQ type contract with an ordering period of 24 months. Task orders will be competed among all awardees using fair opportunity procedures. Each contract will have an established price lists for base and option year(s). It will be incumbent upon each contractor to determine the right mix of personnel to meet the government's requirements for each task order. It is anticipated that contracts awarded under this solicitation will be centrally managed with decentralized ordering capability. The administrative contracting officer will have the flexibility to establish Price/Non Price factors and their relevant strength for each task order award. The prime contractor(s) will be required to have a Secret Facilities Clearance at time of contract award. This acquisition will be solicited as a full and open competition. The proposed solicitation number is W91GDW-09-R-4011. The entire solicitation will be made available on/or about 9 February 2009, via the Federal Business Opportunities web page at www.fbo.gov. No paper copies will be issued. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments.
