- NAICS Code: 339111 The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Radiation and Indoor Air, Radiation and Indoor Environments National Laboratory (ORIA/R&IE), under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Rules (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, intends to issue asole source purchase order to F&J Specialty Products, Inc. for order of dffusion barrier charcoal canisters and labels. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE IS AVAILABLE. F&J Specialty Products, Inc. is uniquely qualified to provide these supplies as all of the EPA R&IE quality assurance data, inlcuding calibration curves, are based on the unique configuration of the Calgon and comparable 1193 carbon diffusion barrier canisters manufactured by F&J. Any deviation, however slight, from the F&J canister configuration process would invalidate the continuity of quality assurance and calibration data. Notwithstanding, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting this requirement may submit a response, which if received within two days of the closing date of this announcement, will be considered.
