- Work consists of, but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, equipment, and perform all operations necessary to accomplish all work in accordance with the specifications and drawings, specified herein, or as needed to fully construct a warehouse at Hurlburt Field. The work will involve erecting Pre-Engineered Metal Building, electrical, concrete, structural steel, HVAC, plumbing, lightning protection, and sprinkler system. The work shall be fully complete in accordance with the contract documents. A site visit will be scheduled approximately 15 days from the solicitation issue date. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Estimated magnitude for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The solicitation will be available ONLY via the Internet at the following address: http://www.fbo.gov/. When the solicitation is posted, it can be viewed by going to the FEDBIZOPPS web site, FEDBIZOPPS for Vendors, USAF Offices, Air Force Special Operations Command-Locations, 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron. No hard copies of specifications or drawings will be provided.
