- Document Type: Presolicitation NoticeSolicitation No.: VA-256-09-RP-0173 Classification Code: X - Lease or Rental of Facilities Set-Aside: N/A NAICS Code: 531120 The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS), Little Rock, AR seeks to lease approximately 8,900 - 9,000 usable square feet of contiguous office space for personnel, furnishings, and equipment in Little Rock or North Little Rock, Arkansas. The space needs to provide offices for functions that require privacy (85%) open workspace, and possible open workspace with cubicles (15%), minimum of 2 conference rooms complete with videoconferencing capabilities. A lease term of five (5) years will be considered. Space must be located within the following delineated area boundaries: along the I-630 corridor from University Avenue to Bowman Road, or along the I-430 corridor from the Shackleford exit in west Little Rock northward to the Maumelle Blvd exit at Maumelle, or along the I-30 corridor from the intersection of I-630 in Little Rock and proceeding north via I-40 and them I-67/167 to the Wild Wood exit along I-67/167 in North Little Rock There must be good access to and from the nearest interstate and the location of the space and to the Little Rock and North Little Rock VA Medical facilities, remaining within 12 miles of either location. The space should also offer parking for up to sixty (60) vehicles with possibly 2 Government vehicles remaining on site. Buildings offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as contemporary with the ability to demonstrate meeting all current Federal, GSA, VA, State, and Local codes and regulations including, but not limited to fire and life safety, accessibility, and OSHA.
