- The contractor is required to provide all equipment, tools, labor, materials, staging and supervision necessary to remove, replace, repair, inpsect, install valves and all pipings associated with the treated water riser piping in the basement of the Central Heating & Refrigeration Plant, 13th and C Streets, SW., Washington, DC 20407. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation, using source selection competitive pricing procedures. The NAICS Code is 238220 and this procurement is open to both large and small businesses. However, this procurement is being made under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The small business size standard is $14,000,000.00. This solicitation will be issued on or about March 23, 2009, with proposals due on or about April 20, 2009.
