- The contractor is required to provide all equipment, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to perform the installation of winterization equipment and test a steam injection system for the Chiller Plant Modification Project at the Central Heating and Refrigeration Plant, 13th and C Streets, SW., Washington, DC. 20405. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation, using source selection competitive pricing procedures. The NAICS Code is 238220 and this procurement is open to both large and small businesses. The small business size standard is $14,000,000.00. This solicitation will be issued on or about March 24, 2009, with proposals due on or about May 8, 2009. G.S.A. is issuing this solicitation electronically only.
