Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pacific Ocean, has a requirement to purchase Automated External Defibrillator (AED) to include the complete service package (physician prescription for AED, written program compliant with Federal AED requirements, and hands-on training of core set of emergency responders. Physio-Control, Inc. is the proposed sole source GSA contractor. The Government intends to issue a delivery order under GSA contract V797P-4336A to fulfill this requirement. Physio-Control, Inc. is the only source to accomplish this requirement due to the comprehensive support (doctor's prescription, written program development and maintenance, and hands-on training of responders in CPR & AED). CLIN 0001 - Complete Service Package for Lifepak AED with Biennial Training Curriculum for 10 per site for one year. CLIN 0002 - Lifepak 1000 Graphical Display Only, AHA 2005 Standard Setup. CLIN 0003 - AED Wall Cabinet with Alarm, Surface Mount, Rolled Edges.
