- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR FIBEROPTIC PATCH CABLE. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. Thisnotice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendmentwill not be issued.The purpose of this amendment is to reduce response time due to programmatic schedulerequirements.The due date shall be as follows:1) Questions submitted in writing by noon PST on Monday March 9, 2009.2) Quotes submitted by noon PST on Thursday March 12, 2009.Award selection shall be based on best value to the Government. Evaluation will include:delivery schedule, technical acceptability, and price.Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet.These documentsreside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browserapplication.
