The date for the pre-proposal conference is March 18, 2009, at 10:00 a.m. at the 106 Civil Engineering Conference Room, F.S. Gabreski Airport (ANG) Westhampton Beach, NY 11978. All contractors are encouraged to attend and should register in accordance with the requirements to be provided in the solicitation for clearance to the facility. All questions for the pre-proposal conference must be submitted using Proposal Inquiry Form (Exhibit F) by March 17, 2009 via fax to (631) 723-7569. The solicitation closing date is scheduled for April 6, 2009.
