- Description
- The Joint Munitions & Lethality Contracting Center intends to award amodification that will result in additional quantity to the existing Firm-Fixed Price and Time and Materials Contract W15QKN-07-D-0030 with a period of performance ending 30 December 2011. This requirement is to procure andinstall 26 Each M326 Quick Stow Systems on the M1101 Trailer, to include a quantity of initial spare parts and Basic Issue Items; all items included in a spare set are for the sustainability and maintenance of the Quick Stow System. Contract W15QKN-07-D-0030 was awarded to BAE Systems Land and Armament LP, Minneapolis, MN on a sole source basis. The design of the Quickstow System is owned by BAE. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals. Interested parties may express their interest and provide a capabilities statement NLT Thursday, 30 March 2009 at 12:00 PM EST. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This announcement is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1.
