- The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A’ contiguous office space in Florence, SC. The space offered must consist of approximately 10,673 rentable square feet yielding 9,281 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet on the second floor or higher and the building must have a twenty-foot (20’) setback. Twenty (20) secure parking spaces are required at no additional cost. Government tenant will decide what level of secure parking is required, fenced surface lot, garage parking, etc. on a case by case basis. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Subleases are not acceptable. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North:I-95 South:East Freedom Boulevard and Freedom Boulevard (State Route 301) East:North Williston Road (State Route 327) West:State Route 52 from its intersection with I-95 to East Freedom Boulevard The proposed lease is for fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than July 1, 2010. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building’s ownership. The Offeror shall not enter into negotiations or discussions with representatives of any Federal agency other than the General Services Administration (GSA) Contracting Officer or authorized representative.
