Description
United States Government Seeks Leased Office Space In DURANGO, Colorado 8CO2412 The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A’ contiguous office space second floor or higher is preferred. The space offered must consist of approximately 2,875 rentable square feet in Durango, Colorado. The space should yield 2,500 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. There must be two (2) reserved surface parking spaces. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: City limits of Durango, Bodo Park, Tech Center, River Gate and Three Springs Grandview, Colorado. The proposed lease is for fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 1, 2009 The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. The locations must not be located in the immediate vicinity of any facilities identified by the Interagency Security Committee as either “hazardous materials transportation / storage facilities” or as “low risk facilities”. Examples of Hazardous locations include facilities with any potential environmental threats, such as fuel storage areas, gas stations, chemical manufacturing facilities, etc., as well as Railroad Lines transporting hazardous material. Examples of “low risk facilities” include day care centers, schools, hospitals, religious centers, and social service centers. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building’s ownership.
