- The VAMC, University Drive C, Pittsburgh, PA 15240 intends topublish a solicitation for replacement of an Exterior Transfer Switch. Contractor will provide manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision required to replace one existing exterior transfer switch. Replacement exterior transfer switch: # H7ATB31200C5F; new H-design; 7000 Series ASCO; Automatic Open transition bypass/isolation; solid neutral; 3 pole; 4 wire; 1200 amp; 208 volt; NEMA type 3R enclosure; will replace the existing Lakeshore 208 volt, 1200 amp switch. Contractor will remove the old switch; purchase and replace the new switch. This procurement is set aside for small business. The solicitation will be posted sometime between March 17, 2009 and March 20, 2009.
