- This is a Request for Information notice. This is not a request for proposals. Naval Station Everett is seeking the establishment of a stand-alone Automated Teller Machine (ATM) at Pacific Beach Resort and Conference Center in Pacific Beach WA. Use of the recreational facility has increased greatly over the last few years due to extensive lodging upgrades. Customer growth has fueled an increased demand for services, including on-site ATM support. Approximately 6,000 guests visit each month from June through September and 3,000 each month from October through May. Additional growth is anticipated due to the exceptional recreational opportunities available to military families. In FY07 the monthly average of transactions was 183. In FY08 the monthly average of transactions was 225. If selected, the company will be required to follow policies outlined in Department of Defense (DOD) Directive and DOD Financial Management Regulation (FMR) available for review at http://www.fmo.navy.mil/services/inst_financialinstitutions.htm The selected financial institution must execute an operating agreement with Naval Station Everett.
