- Description
- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) on behalf of the USA IG Agency (SAIG-IG) intends to award a sole source purchase order to AINS, Rockville, Maryland, 20850. The contractor is to provide annual maintenance subscription renewal that provides new releases, fixes, and telephone support. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate the required services with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a) (ii) (B). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. However, the Government will consider all capability statements received by 10:00 A.M., 10 March 2009. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantage by the Government in future procurements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
